Appreciating Rose Wines
Filed in archive Wine Tasting by Sandy Mitchell on May 23, 2008
A dry rose, especially one that comes from the hills of Provence, is one of my favorite summertime wines. It's refreshing by itself or the perfect accompaniment to typical summer fare-a salad, light pasta, or grilled meat. In this series of videos (they are all linked), Washington DC sommelier, Andrew Stover discusses the finer points of drinking rose.
