Ask Alice for Wine

I have a feeling this is going to be one of those times I'd wished I had gone with my gut feelings and purchased more than one bottle because I highly suspect this South Eastern Australian Alice White 2004 Shiraz will not be on sale next time I am at the grocery store.
Normally selling (at my store) for $7.99 (US), I got it on sale for 5.99. I have seen it for as much as $8.99.
I know price should not dictate taste, but I have to admit I could tell that this wasn't your ordinary cheap bottle of wine.
An excellent Shiraz, fruity and full-bodied, if I'm lucky enough to find it on sale, I plan to pick up a few bottles and stash at least one or two for the few times we have guests visit.
From The Wine Buyer: This Shiraz has a deep, rich ruby red color with notes of plum and berry on the nose. The wine is robust and full-bodied on the palate with nice fresh fruit. This delicious wine pairs well with grilled meats.

You know, I hate such prices sa $7.99 (US), $5.99, $8.99! Isn't is dull? If I buy something I really do not need this $0.01!
