Wine Making
by Sandy Mitchell on June 4, 2008

Adopt-a-grape, The Napa Valley Vineyard, that takes readers through the process from bud break to barrel aging, has posted their first video of the season about the bud break in their vineyard, which occured early this year, around March 15. The video also explains how they tie up the vines to keep them from the ground and how they trim the vines so that just the heartiest branches are allowed to develop.
