Wine Shops
by Greg Cruey on March 12, 2009
Gridskipper had an informative piece last week on where to be wine in Los Angeles. The article featured a map and short profiles on seven of the city's wine shops.
Among the shops is Du Vin.

Among the shops is Du Vin.
Du Vin's focus is European wines, and the shop, a converted house off Melrose, feels like it should be tucked away on a narrow side-street in Paris. Cool and cavelike on ... the inside, Du Vin specializes in rare vintages, but there's a nice selection of bottles for under $20. Owners Robert and Rene relish helping customers pick out the best wine for their needs, and they manage to avoid making you feel like a moron in the process - no small feat, from what we've seen. You can take a look at the other six LA wine shops featured in this Gridskipper piece here.
