It runs Nov. 3-4 and Nov. 10-11. Tickets are $31 per person, $47 per couple and include a souvenir wine glass, a recipe packet and a special holiday gift. The Holiday Wine Weekends run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
From the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
"If you have a special winery or favorite winery, try to go on one of those periods where you think you might not encounter the crowds if you want to really engage with the staff," says Jennifer Johnson, vice president of the Chautauqua-Lake Erie Wine Trail.Tickets are available via: www.chautauquawinetrail.org or by calling 1-800-DRINKNY (374-6569). The ticket deadline is Oct. 29.
"Each of the wineries has different aspects," Ms. Johnson says. "Noble Winery has a wonderful view of the lake, best of all the wineries. Quincy Cellars has a cool basement bar in the bottom of an old barn. South Shore Inn has a wonderful wine cellar."
