Cheer!

I realize not all my readers are from the States, but "cheers" to you as well, and Happy Thanksgiving!

My husband is busy in the kitchen today cooking up a wonderful traditional Thanksgiving meal of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries, and green bean Casserole. I'll be preparing my special fruit salad in a little while, which includes a mixture of bananas, celery, walnuts, pineapples, apples, and mini-marshmallows, all mixed up with a little pineapple juice and mayo.

As we are busy working away in the kitchen and visiting with friends and family, we have two yummy bottles of Spätlese chilling in the fridge.
