Wine Making
by tammy on January 31, 2007
This video from YouTube.com shows the winemaking process at a Colorado winery, Winter Park Winery, which is located up in the mountains of Colorado at about 9,000 feet. That's usually where I start having trouble staying awake since I'm not use to the altitude.
A little over nine minutes long, this video goes into some pretty good detail when describing and illustrating the process. I liked the first part of the interview with the winemaker who talks about making wine before he was even old enough to drink it.
All that work for Zinfandel! Who would have thought?
