DeLoach Yoga Retreats

Yesterday I was reading an article about wine country gift ideas, and saw that they had picked out some great ones. One that jumped out at me, though, is a yoga retreat offered by DeLoach vineyards. During the summer I wrote about wine retreats offered by Bliss Flow Yoga Studio and a few people had asked me about other yoga retreats. I had not heard of many others, so I am happy to share this information with you:
DeLoach Vineyards holds daylong yoga retreats at its Santa Rosa winery. The $150 package includes a light breakfast, a morning yoga session, a visit to the winery's 18,000-square-foot organic garden to gather ingredients, a vegetarian cooking class, lunch, a tour of the vineyards and wine tasting. Attendees also have access to the DeLoach guesthouse, pool and patio area. For reservations or gift certificates, call (415) 289-4544.
