September, October, and November mean fun, food, and of course, wine if you are lucky enough to get away and enjoy the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival.
From the Disney World web site:
Take your taste buds on a world tour. Savor unique foods and fine wines that are the pride and joy of South Africa, Italy, Australia, Russia, Spain, Ireland and many other exotic locales. It's a culinary and cultural potpourri, complete with tasty sounds from the "Eat To The Beat" concert series and over 20 international food and wine marketplaces representing more than 25 different countries and regions!
Dates:
September 29, 2006 - October 29, 2006, 9:00AM - 9:00PM
October 30, 2006 - November 12, 2006, 9:00AM - 9:00PM

You can read more about this festival (as there was a surprising lack of information on the official Disney site) at WDW Info:
The Festival Welcome Center features a Champagne and Sparkling Wine Bar. Here you'll be able to purchase event souvenirs.
There are more than 20 marketplaces featuring food, wine and beer sampling. The appetizer sized portions range in price from $1.50 - $4.50 and provide the perfect opportunity to try the traditional cuisine from around the world.
This year Twinings Tea is celebrating it's 300th anniversary. Visitors will be able to take part in daily tastings.
This year's International Food and Wine Festival will play host to seminars, tasting events and sumptuous dinners overseen by top Disney Chefs as well as renowned guest Chefs.
Over the course of the Festival, there will be 1200 beer and wine seminars scheduled with complimentary samples.
