OK, I admit that upon first glance I thought that this was quite possibly the most ridiculous wine accessory I've ever seen. And, well... honestly it might be. But that doesn't mean it's not useful! I see all of these people walking around wearing Bluetooth headsets that look just as crazy. Sometimes function supersedes fashion. Allow me to introduce to you to the wine necklace, available from Wine Enthusiast.

How many times have you been at a party and become frustrated because you just don't have enough hands? You need to hold your wine glass and your plate. You need to serve yourself some of those delicious canapes from the buffet (oh, and don't forget the mini quiches!). You need to also carry your Silverware. Wouldn't it be great to have one of these wine necklaces to remove one part of the equation? It would also be great at any kind of tasting event - no need to worry about a safe place to put down your glass while you take notes.

This nifty little gadget just might find a place on my Christmas wish list!
