South African Wines
by Greg Cruey on December 7, 2008
I wandered upon this podcast of Gary Vaynerchuk and couldn't help but be entertained. I suppose I've lived a deprived life until now, having managed to reach the age of 48 without actually seeing any of Gary's previous 589 wine podcasts.
Gary has a unique style and his animated stage presences makes me wonder if he's had a Starbucks expresso doppio (or two) before the cameras start rolling.
This particular podcast is a look at Pinotage - the South Africa cross between Pinot noir and Cinsaut. It is widely regarded as South Africa's signature wine.
Enjoy the podcast.

Gary V rocks! I think he's not only brilliant with wine but has a very savvy business sense and knows how to brand himself and create serious buzz. He is a great role model for those looking to get involved in e-commerce.
