The recipes were created by his daughter, Morgan-Leigh, who according to the web site "became especially intrigued with the intricacies of food and wine pairing and began her formal training by studying in Florence
, Italy. She's now enrolled at a top culinary school in the United States and plans to become a food and wine educator."Pictured is her Grilled Salmon and Crème Fraîche Pizza. Also included on the site are recipes for Ginger and Hot Pepper Prawns (3 of my favorite things!); Grilled Tropical Wedges with Raspberry Sauce; Bacon Wrapped Tenderloins with Marinated Portabella Mushrooms and Blue Cheese; and Rocket (Arugula) and Macadamia Salad.
Along with the recipes, Mr. N has included wine pairing suggestions for each dish, which of course just happen to be available at his winery: 2004 Santa Barbara Chardonnay; 2003 Lake County Zinfandel; 2004 Limestone Coast Shiraz; and 2003 Limestone Estates Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot.
