Holiday Wine Mixing

I found this excellent tip, thanks to my subscription to About.com's Wine site's newsletter, about the california wine club's holiday mix and match set up.

With this club's mixed case selection those a little less savvy when it comes to pairing food and wine, don't need to use their noodle.
