[Real estate developer Andrew] Borrok's home is a 20,000-square-foot neoclassical dwelling built in 2005. While he made his fortune in real estate (he recently sold a building Manhattan for $350 million, according to his publicist), Borrok is an accomplished chef who will now concentrate on his culinary career, his publicist said.Bracco Rosato is a rosé from Salento, Italy, and is a medium-bodied rose made from the Negroamaro grape. The vineyards are located along the Adriatic and Ionian seas. Bracco Rosato would pair well with hors d'oeuvres, cold cuts such as salami, hams and medium bodied cheeses. It would also go well with chicken and fish dishes. Of course, as with any other rose, it's great for drinking poolside as you soak in the last of summer.
