Mimosa for Mom
Two of my all time favorite beverages are orange juice and champagne. Combine them and I'm in heaven. Of course, this is just one way to mix up what is considered a Mimosa, and if you are a little challenged in the kitchen or short on time, I'm sure mom won't mind the quick and dirty Mimosa recipe.

However, if you want to get a little extra fancy, here are a few places you can find various Mimosa recipes to make for mom on her special day:

About.com Wine Site has a number of options from traditional to one just for mom.

Then there's foodtv, which has loads of options. There's even one called Holiday Mimosa, which sounds like a good choice for celebrating mom's holiday.

Finally, CDKitchen has a Sunrise Mimosa that combines sparkling wine, orange juice, and cranberry juice.
