Mimosa for Mom

Two of my all time favorite beverages are orange juice and champagne. Combine them and I'm in heaven. Of course, this is just one way to mix up what is considered a Mimosa, and if you are a little challenged in the kitchen or short on time, I'm sure mom won't mind the quick and dirty Mimosa recipe.
