New Wine Column On-Line
A new on-line magazine geared toward connoisseurs of all types has recently popped up on the World Wide Web. Publisher Julian Peh describes his new venture, Goldarths Review:

Focusing on the very best in fine living, the magazine hopes to adopt a slightly more in-depth look at many of the Esoteric luxury products available today.

They cover all kinds of luxury goodies, but of course, for us wine lovers, the wine content is the most interesting. First, they will be featuring a regular wine column written by winemaker Ian Osterlof.

Here's his bio from the web site: Our expert wine columnist Ian Osterlof is a Swedish-born winemaker who has been growing wines in France for almost a decade. Having won numerous awards for his first vintage, Chateau Grand Callamand, grown near Aix-En-Provence, he now owns his own vineyard in Minervois, Languedoc.

I read his first article entitled, "Starting Your Own Vineyard," and I found it very easy to understand and full of practical information.

Along with articles by Osterlof, they have a feature called "Ask the Winemaker," where you can fill out an on-line form and ask him questions about wine. Cool, no?

So, head over there, read, enjoy, and bookmark it for future issues. They also have a mailing list you can sign up for.
