Newspapers Go Wine Blogging
Filed in archive Wine News on November 10, 2006
In an effort to merge hardcopy text with the electronic apparatus, many newspapers these days are trying cross the bridge between text and technology through blogging.
One example of this is The Stateman's Journal who has not only started a wine blog but has an entire wine blogging crew:
If you quiver at the sound of a cork being pulled out of the neck of a wine bottle, The VinoFiles is for you.
The newest blog on D'Lish at StatesmanJournal.com is geared toward wine enthusiasts who are mildly interested, moderately knowledgeable or even downright obsessed with fermented grapes.
Each writer has a specialty, such as pairings with food, wine bargains and northwest wines, and they all want to hear from readers about what is in their personal wine chillers or cellars.
Think of our wine bloggers as your personal sommeliers, ready to answer your questions with the click of a mouse.
