I am now Scouting out wines for WBW #41 - Friuli whites. January's edition will be hosted by Jack and Joanne of Fork & Bottle. Considering a recent entry Dr. Debs of Good Wine Under $20 wrote about cross-training your palate, this is a good topic for me. I don't usually drink Italian whites, and I am looking forward to the challenge.
