Wineries

From the Coshocton Tribune:
Compared to last year's crop, this year is "an exceptional year" because this past fall was relatively dry.A bottle of Raven's Glenn Ice Wine retails for $29.99. The winery has several other varietals available including fruit wines, a dessert wine made from the Muscat Canelli grape, a Merlot, a Chardonnay, and others. Raven's Glenn is owned by the husband and wife team of Robert and Renee Guilliams, and there is also a restaurant at the winery.
"Last year, we lost an entire crop," [owner Bob Guilliams] said. "The risk is, the longer I wait into winter, the more dehydration takes place, but if it warms up and the temperature raises the grapes will have thawed out and will be subject to rotting."

Thanks for mentioning an Ohio winery! We sampled some ice wines in the wineries east of Cleveland this summer, and they were delicious.
