Salad Dressing Wine
I'm sure I'm not the only wine lover who has had her vino turning into salad dressing accidentally. However, some people actually do this on purpose, and that's the case with Milo's Whole World Gourment company. They combine the wonderful flavor of various wines in their salad dressings:

gorgonzola pear riesling: bleu cheese and dijon mustard give a nice kick to this dressing and marinade, accented by a crisp riesling wine

mango lemongrass chardonnay: fresh lemongrass and cilantro provide a lemony flavor to this smooth and creamy dressing, complemented by a vibrant chardonnay

pomegranate port: the tartness of pomegranates, oranges, and red wine vinegar are slightly sweetened by pear juice and a fruity ruby port

Along with an e-shop, where the dreassing retail for about $4 a bottle, they also have recipes and other information related to their products.
