If you haven't encountered The Wine Spies you should give the web site a visit. The site is a blog review site, of sorts. But they are also selling the wines they review, at an attractive discount in many cases.

The Wine Spies, LLC is a unique kind of wine company. We introduce you to the world's finest wines, once each day. Every 24 hours The Wines Spies features one exceptional wine for sale at its website.. These wines are available on a quantity-limited basis - and always at a great price.

An example: on March 8th the Wine Spies sold a 2005 Beaune Premier Cru - Clos du Roi . The review is still available online - although the Wine Spies isn't selling it at their site any longer. If you visit this page you get a detailed description of the wine and some info on the winery it comes from.

You can fine reviews of almost 700 wines in their archives. And if you visit the site regularly you may find some good deals.
