I love wine: red, white, and rose' (okay I lean more toward red), sweet or dry (dry is better). And I know my limits. So hangovers rarely happen to me. But on those rare occasions when I wake up with a little pain in my head and a case of dry mouth, like most people I spend a little time wondering WHY it happens...
