Wines of France, a great Web site that works with the French wine industry to promote french wines and educate the public about these wines, is giving away a two-week trip to Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Paris. The prize, valued at $15,000, includes an all-expense trip for two, featuring visits to several wineries in both areas and a chance to work in the vineyards as well as a gourmet dinner in Paris.
The sweepstakes is open to residents of the continental United States. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter. Visit their Web site once daily through July 13 (2008) for your chance to win.

My memories of picking grapes in the Dordogne region in the fall, pruning the vines in the spring, and watching them grow in the summer are some of the best of my life. Although I vividly remember the enchanting countryside, the fields, towns, and people of southwestern France, I would love to return and create some new memories. It was one of the best times of my life, and going back would mean the world to me.
