Wine and Burgers

While most people are shutting down their grills for winter, we are firing ours up more than usual because it's finally not a zillion degrees with a zillion percent humidity outside.

For us, our favorite food item lately to grill is your simple hamburger. But, of course, ours isn't so simple because we like to jazz it up with all kinds of great toppings like blue cheese dressing, jack pepper cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and celery salt.

Top it off with a toasted sesame seed bun and a cold glass of Pinot Grigio (yes, white wine with beef, how gouche of me), and I'm all over that!
