Wine and Jazz in Boca

Other than the fact that it is about a million degrees outside in Florida right now, this wine and jazz festival - Wine & All That Jazz - sounds like a blast. Too bad it's not in, say, October.

The vintage event that's become a must-attend during annual Boca Festival Days will be held Friday, Aug. 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, 501 Camino Real, Boca Raton.

Visitors can enjoy an evening of Chablis, Red and Chardonnay wines among friends. In the background, the sweet sounds of Steve Gryb and his jazz ensemble will trickle through the air.

Add to that the divinely decadent taste of Schakolad's Chocolate fountain and you've got the goods for a very classy evening.

You can dance, mingle and enjoy your favorite vintages at one of the state's largest wine tasting parties.

Sponsored by Palladio Italian Gourmet Market, Southern Wine & Spirits, Boca Raton Resort & Club and the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, this nighttime classic for Boca Festival Days gives guests the opportunity to sample more than 100 fine wines.
