Wine at the Oscars
Filed in archive Wine News on February 20, 2008

Unless you haven't been paying attention the last couple of weeks, you're aware that the 80th annual Academy Awards are this Sunday, February 24. What will the stars be drinking after the ceremony? Wine from Napa Valley's Sterling Vineyards, that's what.
For the fifth year, Sterling will be providing the wine for the Governor's Ball, the official celebration that follows the award presentation. The 1500 guests will enjoy Gold Standard Reserve Chardonnay and Red Carpet Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, both crafted especially for the event in conjunction with wolfgang Puck, who is again the chef for the dinner.
In addition, Sterling is participating in the 52 Oscar Night fund-raiser viewing parties around the country. Each event will have a selection of the three-liter bottle to auction off for charity. For more about the Oscar viewing parties, visit the official Web site of the Oscars.

have you already heard about the new Master in Fine Food & Beverage? The first edition of the Program is going to start on the 14th January 2009 in Milan at SDA, the School of Management of Bocconi University. I think it could be a great opportunity to combine job with our passion and interests in these fields. Also, Italy seems me to be the best place to practice :-))) Please, if you want, have a quick look to the program at this link http://www.sdabocconi.it/en/mba_and_master/mffb/
What do you think? I believe it is great!
