Many of us in the states are enjoying a holiday weekend, and that, for wine lovers, means good food, good company, and good wine. So I'm starting off this wine blogosphere round up with....
....Racheal Ray's wine pair and this yummy or should I say yum-o recipe called Prawns Nacional, which she pairs up with with an Australian Weingut H.u.M. Hofer Grüner Veltliner 2004.
Fermintation has a wine buyers' poll. The questions made me think a little.
Cheers is on vacation but still recommends a wonderful Riesling for us to try.
Grape Radio profiles Trefethen Vineyards.
Basic Juices suggests we check out Cigale Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre 2004, though not necessarily with food and remember to decant this puppy.
Foodie Obesessed gives us the skinny...er..or the not so skinny on Jamie Oliver.
Grand Marque Champagne was the theme for a wine tasting attended by Appellation Australia.
Wino Spaien gives his twenty-five cents on and Australian wine, Coriole Nebbiolo 2002.
