Colorado is a beautiful state, and what better place to enjoy good food, good wine, and good company than Vale, Colorado at the Taste of Vail? It scheduled to run four days this April from the 11th to the 14th. Her are the details from the organization's web site:

In its 17th year, the Taste of Vail is the nation's premier spring food and wine festival, held at several venues throughout North America's No. 1 mountain resort. During this year's annual, four-day event, April 11-14, as many as 5,000 people are expected to taste the Vail Valley lifestyle, showcasing world-famous Vail Village and set against dramatic Colorado Mountain High vistas. Participants at the Taste of Vail experience offerings from the Vail Valley's world-class restaurants, fine wine poured by winemakers and winery owners from renowned wineries throughout the world, interactive cooking seminars, an Après-Ski Tasting, the popular Mountaintop Picnic sensory extravaganza at the top of Vail Mountain, the famous Grand Tasting auction and dance and other exciting events. Proceeds from the Taste of Vail go to local charities.
