Hey, I told you this wasn't a cheap date! I'm not cheap and I'm not easy.
From Naples Winter Wine Festival to add $12K wine tasting:
The new wine-tasting session with Parker will be held for only 50 people on Jan. 25, said Dawn Montecalvo, executive director of the Naples Children and Education Foundation. The foundation is the charitable funding arm of the festival.
The wine tasting will be with Colgin Cellars of Napa Valley and Chateau Latour wines of France.
The $12,500 ticket price for the wine tasting is in addition to the ticket price for the festival itself, which is limited to about 550 attendees and costs $7,500 per couple, or $20,000 for four people to attend festival events with the guarantee they will all be at the same vintner dinner.
