Located just inland from Monterey Bay is Pietra Santa, a California winery that crafts wines in the style of Tuscany. Particularly refreshing for summertime sipping is Pietra Santa's 2007 Amore pinot grigio, a dry, grassy, refreshing wine with hints of peach and grapefruit.

The "Amore" Pinot Grigio is a limited release wine made from grapes planted high on the terraced hillside of the estate vineyard. True to its name, the wine was bottled on Valentine's Day. "Amore" retails for $24.
