Wine with Your Turkey

With everything else going on right now to get ready for our guests and the big Thanksgiving feast on Thursday - cleaning the house like a mad-women; buying outrageous amounts of food; and trying to catch up on all my blogging and other writing work - I haven't really given more than a passing thought about what wines we'll be drinking with our meal.
I guess that's one good thing about have a pretty good wine cellar stash, even though we don't actually have a cellar. At least we have plenty of bottles to pick from.
If you are not running around like I am right now (and hey maybe you're not), then here's some advice from TASTINGS: An all-American menu about some vino to go along with your turkey:
Groth Napa Sauvignon Blanc ($16.99). "This lovely white offers enough oomph to stand up to the traditional food with great palate-cleansing acidity and finish."
Stuhlmuller Alexander Valley Cabernet (34.99). Follow the sauvignon blanc with this. "This stunning cab offers a flavor palette that exceeds many wines at two or three times the price."
Robert Biale Napa Ranches ($34.99). It wouldn't be Thanksgiving, says Morrison, without a "big, luscious, inky zinfandel," and this "fits the bill perfectly."
Brotherhood Winery's late harvest riesling Eiswine ($28.99/375ml.). For an "eyebrow-raising local finish, this lovely dessert wine offers long textures and candylike sweetness without being cloying or dull."
