Wine Making
by Carol Bancroft on August 23, 2007
OK, be honest. When you hear "Colorado Rockies" you think of beer, don't you? I know I did. And yes, yes, I am well aware that all 50 states have wineries, but I never really thought much about the production process. Often I'll think "How the heck can they grow grapes in New Mexico?" or something of the sort, but I guess I just take the fermenting and aging for granted. At any rate, I was taking a break looking at various videos on YouTube and I found this one about Winter Park Winery in Fraser, CO. I found it really interesting and I hope you do, too.
